God did not make any anonymous people to live in a virtual world.
Every single individual created by God has a very specific design, identity and uniqueness all their own.
Life with purpose is more than a byline, it’s a lifestyle, and Living in modern day Babylon should make us rethink how we live our lives as believers. As technology encroaches on us and drives us right into the heart of a new virtual world where anything seems possible, we should consider its lasting effects.
The psalmist and even David asked this very pertinent question:
what is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you care for him? Psalm 8:4
Then King David went in and sat before the Lord and said, “Who am I, O Lord God, and what is my house, that you have brought me thus far? 2 Samuel 7:18
So why is God interested in us? How does this change everything? What about us, as God created us, longs for more than the fleeting and temporary virtual disconnected life?
In this new series of conversation, we will explore what makes us as human beings significant in God’s eyes, and to one another, and ultimately discover how it all ties in to God’s design.
